About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Group (PMG). Be part of an elite team providing vital support to our architectural and multi-disciplinary design teams as they deliver outstanding projects, managing risk and change, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll review and analyse RFPs (Requests for Proposals), helping project teams align with the specified requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial managers and resource planners to establish accurate project cost forecasts and contribute to fee proposals, ensuring the success of RFP submissions.
You’ll also manage contract obligations, predict and resolve potential issues, and ensure full compliance with appointment terms. Additionally, you’ll oversee invoicing and payment processes, ensuring smooth financial operations, including managing sub-consultant payments. You’ll prepare key documents such as project plans, detailed design programs, and risk registers, ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in design consultancy or the building industry.
*Experience with RIBA phases 0 - 4
*Solid project and design management background.
*In-depth knowledge of architectural design processes.
*Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
*Excellent communication abilities – articulate, diplomatic, and proactive.
