Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking TWO SEN Teachers to fulfil a temporary, full-time cover position within a lovely specialist provision based in the New Forest!
The school is an independent specialist school located in Dibden, catering to pupils aged 8–16 with a range of complex needs, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, communication and interaction difficulties, and associated behaviours. The school provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential. With a capacity for 60 students, they offer an ambitious, broad curriculum tailored to individual needs, helping pupils overcome gaps in learning and build confidence. Strong relationships, structured routines, and a focus on personal development underpin its ethos, ensuring pupils thrive academically and socially.
What is the role?
The school are looking for two teachers (primary or secondary with SEN Experience) to fulfil a long-term, full-time cover position for the Spring Term 2026 with potential of extension (and maybe even permanent placement!), providing excellent adaptive teaching to pupils with a range of additional needs and requirements. Hours will be between 08:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with a daily pay rate of between £130-180 per day!
