The Role The consultancy is looking for a Senior CDM Consultant to take the lead on complex projects and act as a trusted Principal Designer at early design stages. You will chair design risk workshops, influence design teams, mentor junior colleagues and support business development activity. As a visible and experienced Senior CDM Consultant, you will help elevate standards internally and contribute to shaping the future of the service. Responsibilities * Lead Principal Designer duties across multiple complex schemes.

* Chair design risk workshops and guide multidisciplinary teams.

* Review design information and identify buildability and maintenance risks.

* Mentor and develop junior consultants.

* Support bids, proposals and wider business development.

Requirements * Strong experience in CDM and Principal Designer roles.

* Excellent technical understanding and confidence working with designers.

* NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, with APS membership preferred.

* Strong client-facing communication and organisational skills.

Package * £55,000 to £75,000 salary.
