A respected consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a driven Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial, industrial and public sector projects. The Project Manager will join an experienced team delivering schemes from £3m to £50m in value.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of projects. The Project Manager will be given autonomy and full client exposure while supported by senior professionals.
The Project Manager’s Role The Project Manager will oversee project delivery across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring key deliverables are met and managing relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
The Project Manager * Construction or project management degree

* 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role

* Experience with NEC and/or JCT forms of contract

* Keen to work towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB

In Return? * £50,000 - £60,000
