Job Description:
Employment Law Associate / Senior Associate
*Location: Central Glasgow
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: Competitive, based on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Law Associate or Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join an established and reputable legal firm in central Glasgow. This unique role offers the chance to act for both employee and employer clients, providing a comprehensive view of employment law processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Advising clients at a high level on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
*Strategising and providing up-to-date legal advice to clients.
*Managing employment tribunal claims from instruction through to advocacy where appropriate.
*Involvement in business development and networking events.
*Potential for team supervision and training, client training, and participation in marketing initiatives as the team expands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
*Experience in managing either employer or employee clients (both is advantageous.)
*Strong strategic thinking and advisory skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
*Proactive in business development and comfortable with public speaking and networking.
