We’re seeking a confident, strategic, and results-driven Partnerships Manager to accelerate the growth. This role will focus on identifying and securing new strategic partnerships, developing long-term relationships across industries such as facilities management and workplace design, and driving mutual revenue growth.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our partner strategy, collaborating across teams, and ensuring our partners are empowered to represent the brand effectively in their markets.


Key Responsibilities:
· Alongside the Partnerships Director, identify, approach and secure new strategic partnerships
· Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners and their clients
· Understand partner needs and craft tailored solutions to ensure the partnership is mutually beneficial
· Build plans to target partner’s client-base
· Deliver training, support and enablement to ensure partners actively promote and represent our services to their market reach
· Manage full partnership lifecycle from pitch to launch, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation and ongoing support
· Provide clear reporting, commercial insight and accountability to support team goals and KPIs
· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure successful delivery and account growth
· Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence
· Meet and exceed partnership sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:
· Significant experience (typically 8–10+ years) of proven experience in partnership sales
· Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
· Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client challenges.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
· Strategic thinker with creativity and the ability to translate partner needs into actionable solutions.
· A self-starter with a positive outlook and a drive to succeed.
· Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
· Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools.
