Description
Your Role as Credit Controller *Manage and chase payments across a ledger of 300+ B2B customers
*Accurately post and allocate daily receipts
*Raise credit notes and ensure timely reduction of debtor days
*Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues
*Attend monthly meetings with senior finance leaders
*Set up new customers and monitor credit reports
*Upload invoices to customer portals and manage PO numbers
*Support wider finance tasks including invoicing and statement processing

What Makes You a Great Fit *Previous experience in credit control or similar finance roles
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
