Your Role Will Include:
*Liaising with delegates attending seminars and events
*Representing the company at national events and exhibitions
*Supporting the commercial team with client engagement and logistics
*Building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
*Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and post, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
*Updating internal databases, maintaining filing systems, and preparing reports or documentation as required.
