Graduate Conference Producer About the Role:
As a Graduate Conference Producer, you’ll be responsible for researching, creating, and managing engaging conferences for professionals in the healthcare sector. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that make a real impact.
Graduate Conference Producer Key Responsibilities:
*Research and develop new and innovative conference topics
*Conduct desk research via phone, virtual meetings, online media, and publications
*Write compelling agendas and marketing copy
*Source and recruit expert speakers and key opinion leaders
*Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure event success
*Attend and manage your own online or in-person conferences
Graduate Conference Producer What We’re Looking For:
*A recent graduate with a positive, can-do attitude
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Confidence and initiative when working independently
*Commercial awareness and an interest in business
*No previous conference experience required — full training provided
