Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions for GCSE students in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and more.
* Develop personalized lesson plans to meet each student’s academic needs and learning style.
* Track student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student growth and confidence.
* Help students with exam preparation, revision techniques, and coursework.
What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Previous tutoring experience, especially at the GCSE level, is preferred but not essential. Enthusiastic individuals with a strong academic background are also welcome to apply.
* Qualifications: A degree in your specialist subject is desirable, but not mandatory for all subjects. Strong GCSE and A-Level results are essential.
* Passion for Teaching: You should be committed to making a difference in students’ lives and have a genuine passion for education.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
* Flexible and Reliable: Ability to work independently, with a flexible approach to lesson scheduling.
