Are you passionate about supporting children and young adults with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated ABA Tutor (Teaching Assistant) to deliver personalised learning programmes and behaviour support plans in a positive, engaging environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and SEN education.
Key Responsibilities
*Implement individualised learning programmes and behaviour support plans on a 1:1 or small group basis.
*Prepare resources and engage pupils in interactive activities.
*Collect and analyse data on skill development and behaviour.
*Support pupils with physical activities such as running, swimming, and play.
*Assist with classroom setup and daily routines.
*Promote independence, social interaction, and positive behaviour.
*Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
*Support pupils with personal care needs, including toileting if required.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and professionals.
*Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
