This role is ideal for an IFA Administrator with experience in a financial planning environment who enjoys being involved in every part of the advice process. You’ll be joining a well-established, boutique financial planning practice with a history of delivering high-quality independent advice to a loyal client base.
The firm has grown steadily over the years, with advisers, paraplanners and support staff working closely together in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment. They primarily support high-net-worth clients and place a strong focus on clear communication, client care and doing things right.


The Role
Your role will be varied and hands-on. You’ll work closely with advisers to ensure clients receive a seamless, efficient and high-quality service.
Responsibilities include:
*Speaking to clients and providers
*Preparing annual review packs
*Obtaining valuations
*Managing Letter of Authority process and third-party requests
*Processing new business
*Greeting clients
*Opening and sorting incoming post
*Ad hoc tasks
