Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
*Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
*Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
*Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
*Proven experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the waste management, energy or environmental services sector.
*Strong ability to generate leads, cold call, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
*Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Gateshead office + remote).
