Key Responsibilities:
*You will report to the Finance Director and be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of funds across the business
*Monthly Payroll
*Processing Invoices
*Processing and recording collection of payment including direct debit collection
*Credit control
*Payment runs and invoice checking
*Accurate recording of financial transactions and maintenance of the general ledger
*Bank reconciliations
*Financial Compliance e.g. VAT returns
Skills and knowledge:
*Minimum of 3 years of finance experience in a similar role
*Payroll experience is a must
*Working in a high pace environment
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Attention to detail and accuracy
