Brand Executive
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time
A leading UK-based distribution company specialising in niche overseas beauty brands is seeking a Brand Executive to join its dynamic Commercial Team. This role is pivotal in executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retail and brand partners, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and commercial impact across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborates with Category Managers to deliver agreed JBPs across assigned brands and retailers.
*Ensures consistent brand representation across retailers, adhering to brand guidelines and objectives.
*Manages the setup and coordination of new product launches, promotional calendars, and trade marketing plans.
*Handles day-to-day communications between internal teams, brand partners, and retailers to meet timelines, assets, and approvals.
*Owns the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring all product data, imagery, copy, and specifications are accurate and compliant.
*Supports trade marketing and retailer activations, including promotions and in-store or online visibility initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*1–3 years’ experience in a commercial, trade marketing, or administrative role, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or retail.
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data and product information accurately.
*Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to localise and adapt US content for the UK market.
*Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital systems such as PIMs and retailer portals.
*Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
