About the Role: * Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Create and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers to provide a holistic learning
*experience.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
About You: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies, including differentiation and behavioural management.
* Empathetic, patient, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
