Are you experienced in coordinating Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and passionate about supporting learners with SEND? We’re looking for a dedicated EHCP Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and coordinate EHCP processes from initiation to review.
*Liaise with parents, schools, local authorities, and multi-agency professionals to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
*Monitor progress and outcomes for learners with EHCPs.
*Provide guidance and support to staff on SEND legislation and best practice.
*Ensure all plans are person-centred and meet individual needs.
Required Skills & Experience*Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with parents, professionals, and stakeholders.
*Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
*Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
*Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage complex cases.
