Materials Planner – North Lincolnshire – £30,000 - £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a hugely successful manufacturer in North Lincolnshire who are looking to recruit a Materials Planner to join their team.
As Materials Planner, you will be responsible for planning and ordering of products across multiple categories required to keep the business in stock and the factory producing without shortages.

Materials Planner Duties:
*Manage extensive spreadsheets, maintain accurate system records, and handle general administrative tasks such as closing purchase order lines
*Use ERP/MRP systems to plan and place purchase orders based on usage data, customer demand, supplier lead times and shutdowns
*Coordinate with suppliers, transport teams and goods-in departments to ensure OTIF delivery, including expediting or deferring shipments when necessary
*Support Buyers with promotional activity, new product launches, and maintaining appropriate stock levels while managing MOQs and avoiding overstocking
*Provide OTIF performance reports to suppliers and escalate underperformance to Buyers when required
*Assist with NCRs to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth supply chain operations
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Required skills & experience:
*Previous Materials Planning experience
*Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
*Strong analytical skills with (especially Excel)
