I’m delighted to be partnering with a long standing client of ours in Leeds who are on the search for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join the business on a 12 months FTC basis.
Key Responsiblilites:
*Conduct full reviews and reporting of all UK aged debtors.
*Perform quarterly bad-debt and credit-limit assessments.
*Deliver a comprehensive month-end reporting portfolio.
*Process improvement and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
*Manage the bad-debt and legal escalation process.
*Support Audit and Internal Audit (SOX) requirements.
*Carry out ledger reviews and contribute to monthly specific Bad Debt Provision reporting.
*Ensure all reports are produced, reviewed, and actioned accurately and on time.
*Prepare a weekly rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
*Oversee the stock-return process to ensure accuracy and accountability.
*Manage and maintain the Rebate Tracker to support financial performance and reporting.
*Managing a small team
Requirements
*Must have experience of handling negotiation discussions
*Must be able to demonstrate the ability to set, manage and work to targets
*Previous MSD experience preferrable
