Job Description:
Do you have a passion for accounts receivable and love data analysis?
Elevation is excited to partner with a long term professional services client on an exclusive basis. They are on the lookout for a Sales Ledger Analyst to join the team on a permanent full time basis.
The position is newly created, and you will be a key part of the organisations fast paced working environment. Training will be provided but you will already be someone that loves numbers, analysing data and building relationships across the wider business.
As the ideal candidate you will be familiar with Sales ledger processes and have excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Daily management of new account requests.
*Review contracts and credit limits.
*Liaise directly with clients and other teams within the business.
*Daily management of the new customer inbox.
*Project work related to new customer process improvements.
*Track and review new customer Accounts.
*Resolve internal and external queries
*Key financial reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
*Able to work in a fast paced professional environment.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
