Membership Administrator
*Location: Leicester
*Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
*Salary: £27,000 per annum
*Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available)
We are seeking an experienced Membership Administrator to join our team for a 12-month project. This office-based role, with options for hybrid working, is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked within a membership organisation and understands the importance of delivering exceptional service to members.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and maintain accurate membership records.
*Handle member queries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
*Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
*Support the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
*Assist in preparing reports and data analysis related to membership activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a membership organisation.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
