Job Description:
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Asset Information Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.
What the job will be doing
*Responsible for managing stock performance systems, financial and non – financial stock appraisal tools, dashboards and associated processes to enable delivery of asset management activities
*Oversee the maintenance of accurate and update asset register through different teams.
*Responsible for the delivery of Keystone Improvement Plan and Decent Homes reporting.
What you will need
*Experience in managing and inspire others at all level to deliver demanding objectives
*Knowledge of database admin, management and change control process
*Degree educated or relevant experience at senior level of undertaking data analysis and financial appraisals.
