Job Description:
NXTGEN are excited to be supporting a leading organisation with a new Finance Business Partner opportunity. This Finance Business Partner position offers the chance to work at the heart of a busy finance function, playing a key role in supporting operational teams, analysing performance and helping to shape future plans.
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring financial information is accurate, insightful and supports confident decision making.
Please note that to be suitable for this role, you MUST have an Active Clearance for this role
Key Responsibilities: * Support regular budgeting and forecasting activity across key business areas.
* Monitor and review financial performance, identifying variances and highlighting areas of risk or opportunity.
* Produce clear, concise reporting to help stakeholders make informed choices.
* Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, acting as the financial point of contact.
* Contribute to the development of tools and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility.
* Support financial modelling and data analysis to back strategic plans.
About You: * Strong communicator who can build credibility quickly.
* 2-3 years’ experience in a finance role with exposure to budgeting and analysis.
* Background in the public sector is advantageous.
* Confident using finance systems (Oracle experience desirable).
* Proactive and collaborative approach with a focus on adding value.

This role requires on-site premises and is Inside of IR35
The hourly rate offered is dependent on experience and qualification
