Sales Negotiator Location: Walton-on-Thames
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 OTE (c. £20,000 basic, negotiable)
Hours: Monday-Saturday rota (estate agency hours)

Key Responsibilities * Assist buyers throughout their property search, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
* Conduct property viewings and deliver clear, professional feedback.
* Support sales progression, negotiating offers clearly and effectively.
* Register applicants, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance.
* Contribute to marketing activity and general office responsibilities.
* Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
What’s on Offer * Salary: £40,000-£45,000 OTE with a basic salary around £20,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

About You * Experience in Estate Agency or another sales-driven sector (essential)
* Strong communication skills with a confident and personable approach

* A genuine team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence preferred
