Senior Sustaianbility Consultant

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and forward-thinking Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a prestigious, innovation-driven engineering and sustainability practice. This highly respected consultancy is known for delivering industry-leading sustainable design strategies, pioneering environmental performance standards, and shaping the future of low-carbon development across the UK.
Essential Criteria
* BREEAM Accredited Professional or BREEAM Assessor status.
* Strong experience delivering sustainability consultancy within the built-environment sector.
* Proven project leadership experience across RIBA stages.
* Competency in building performance modelling (e.g., Part L, Part O, overheating, operational energy).
* Experience delivering BREEAM, HQM or WELL assessments.
* Ability to lead client workshops and communicate complex information clearly.
* Experience mentoring junior team members and delegating project tasks.
* Strong knowledge of energy strategies, whole-life carbon, net-zero frameworks.
Desirable Criteria * Experience with TM54, NABERS UK, ApacheSim/IES or PHPP.
* Knowledge of circular economy, environmental impact assessments, or climate adaptation.
* Fee proposal development and/or line management experience.
* Chartership or working towards Chartership.
