What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be crucial in developing and executing high-impact social media strategies for the agency’s diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
*Strategy & Planning: Developing innovative and data-driven organic social media strategies aligned with client business objectives.
*Content Creation & Execution:Taking the lead on generating compelling, high-quality content (including photography, short-form video, and dynamic copy) that drives engagement and results, particularly for visually-led clients in Hospitality and Events.
*Community Management: Leading community engagement across multiple platforms, monitoring trends, and managing client reputation.
*Reporting & Analysis: Providing insightful reporting on social media performance, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations for optimisation.
*Trend Spotting: Staying ahead of the curve on new social media features, platforms, and algorithm changes.
*Client Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for social media-focused clients, presenting plans and results confidently.

What You’ll Bring
*3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated social media role, ideally within a Marketing Agency environment.
*Demonstrable experience working with clients in the Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, travel) and/or Events sectors is highly desirable.
*Proven capability in content creation and editing (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editing apps) to produce visual assets for social channels.
*Deep expertise across major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
*Proven track record of driving significant organic growth and engagement for clients.
*Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights).
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
