Chartered Financial Planner
Location: City of London
Salary: £60,000 – £95,000 base (higher if you can bring clients) + competitive ongoing splits (30% - 40%)

An established, investment-led wealth management firm in the City of London is seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join its high-performing advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious adviser looking to develop long-term client relationships in an environment built around high-quality portfolio management and genuinely independent, whole-of-market advice.

The business provides sophisticated wealth management solutions to HNW and mass-affluent clients. You’ll have access to leading investment propositions while retaining the ability to advise across the entire market - including pensions, offshore bonds, tax-efficient structures, retirement planning, and holistic financial strategies.
What You’ll Do
*Deliver independent, tailored financial planning and wealth management advice
*Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW private clients
*Provide technical planning across investments, pensions, offshore solutions, and estate planning
*Maintain annual review processes and deliver ongoing holistic advice
*Work closely with internal investment specialists and paraplanning support
*Adhere to FCA regulations and deliver consistently high compliance standards
*Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and trust
What’s on Offer
*Base salary: £60,000–£95,000 (negotiable, with higher packages available for advisers bringing an established client bank)
*Revenue share: Competitive ongoing earnings splits of 30%–40% on continuing business

What We’re Looking For
*Chartered Financial Planner (CII Chartered status essential or very close to completion)
*High technical competency in investment planning, pensions, and offshore products
*Proven experience managing HNW client relationships
*Strong business development skills, ideally with transferable assets or introducer relationships
*Ethical, client-first approach to holistic advice
Excellent communication and presentation skills
