Receptionist & Administrator (9-Month FTC) - Wimborne - £26,000-£28,000 - Start Date: 5th January
Bond Williams are supporting a well-established and highly respected business in Wimborne who are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join them for a 9-month maternity cover.
This is a busy, front-of-house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping to create a professional, welcoming impression while keeping the day-to-day running of the office smooth.
What you’ll be doing:
*Greeting clients and delivering excellent customer service
*Managing the switchboard: answering, transferring and taking messages
*Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting diary management for Directors
*Overseeing office supplies and general admin tasks
*Handling incoming/outgoing post and scanning documentation
*Providing wider administrative support across the team
*Light social media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a receptionist or client-facing administrative role
*Confident, friendly and professional communication style
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
*A proactive, positive team player with great attention to detail
*Comfortable using Outlook and managing calendars
