As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
*Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
*Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
*Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
*Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard

Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:
*Experience managing multiple contracts
*Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
*Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
*Experience leading a team
