Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly employees

* Process timesheets, overtime, shift allowances, and statutory payments

* Ensure accurate calculation of PAYE, NI, pensions, and other deductions

* Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries

* Liaise with HR, finance, and department managers to ensure smooth payroll operations

* Support audits, reporting, and continuous payroll process improvements

What We’re Looking For
* Previous payroll experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar high-volume environment

* Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident with payroll software and Microsoft Excel

* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
