Part-Time Telesales Executive (3 days per week, 8am-4.30pm)

£26,000 – £30,000 (pro-rata) + Commission Structure
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our clients’ dynamic sales team. This role is focused on lead generation and supporting two Business Development Managers (BDMs) by driving new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
The purpose of the role is to secure appointments for Business Development Managers, focusing on a target list of customers, you will have the tenacity and drive to make circa 60 calls per day and convert to quotable opportunities and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Generate leads for the business through outbound calls.
*Contact existing smaller customers to upsell and maintain relationships.
* Promote and introduce new products

*Call from targeted lists covering the entire customer base.
* Engage with merchants, building contractors, and manufacturers

*Support the sales team by creating opportunities for BDMs
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous phone sales or telemarketing experience (minimum 2–3 years experience required).
*Strong communication and persuasion skills.
*Passion for sales and creating opportunities.
*Ability to work in a lively, energetic office environment.
*Knowledge of merchants, contractors, and manufacturers is advantageous.
