Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
*Processing 80-100 purchase ledger invoices daily, matching POs and goods received notes
*Liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and obtain documentation
*Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing suppliers
*Supporting the accounts inbox (handling queries, payment chasers, and admin)
*Working collaboratively with a small, honest, and supportive team
What you will need:
*Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant
*Immediate availability to start
*Comfortable with Excel (formatting level) and familiar with finance systems like Sage
*A team player attitude – whether you’re experienced or newer to the field, you’ll fit in if you’re honest and supportive
*Ability to support a busy inbox and resolve queries efficiently
What you will get:
*Salary of £30,000–£35,000 (pro rata for FTC)
*Hybrid working: 50/50 split between office and home, with flexible hours
