Job Description:
Temporary HR Officer – Charity Sector
Location: Hybrid (Eynsham – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Hours: 21 per week (3 days)
Pay Rate: £15.90 – £16.60 per hour
Duration: 4–8 weeks
Start Date: 6th January 2026
Interview Dates: 17th or 18th December (Meet & Greet with the client)
About the Role
We’re proud to be partnering with a well-respected charity to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join an organisation that makes a real difference, while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing the full employee lifecycle
*Onboarding new starters and conducting Right to Work checks
*Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries (payroll processing handled by finance team)
*Supporting the charity’s mission by ensuring smooth HR operations
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills and ability to manage queries confidently
*Knowledge of Right to Work compliance
