Are you a highly skilled Paraplanning or Technical Financial Planning professional who has achieved (or is close to achieving) Chartered Status? Are you looking to step into a client facing Adviser role within an expanding, highly respected Wealth Management firm?
A rare opportunity now exists for a Paraplanner/ Junior Adviser (Chartered or nearly) to work closely with a Principal Adviser as their wingperson, learning their client bank in depth and gradually taking over long-standing HNW client relationships to ensure continuity and exceptional ongoing service.
This role uniquely blends high-level technical work with genuine client relationship development, making it ideal for someone emerging from a senior paraplanning, technical, or hybrid background who wants to progress into a trusted advisory position.
The Opportunity
*Work directly with a senior, experienced Adviser, attending client meetings and supporting day-to-day advice delivery
*Build deep knowledge of a sophisticated HNW client bank, with a structured succession plan
*Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships over time (farmer than hunter)
*Provide insight and analysis across Retirement, Investment, Estate Planning, and Tax
*Act as a key technical point of contact for Advisers, Clients, and Introducers
*Help shape and refine the firm’s overall client proposition and planning processes
To be considered:
We welcome applications from experienced Paraplanners, Technical Financial Planners, or Advisers with strong analytical ability who are:
*Chartered (CII Level 6) or close to achieving
*Able to interpret and communicate complex information clearly to clients and colleagues
*Relationship-focused, ethical, and committed to long-term client service
*This role is ideal for someone who excels in technical depth but is now ready to step further into client ownership, without the pressure of heavy new business targets.
