Job Description:
Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive family-run Dealership in the Leicestershire area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service team and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Benefits:
*Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
*OTE: £45,000
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
*1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm
*Travel Allowance and Staff Discounts
Duties:
*Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
*Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
*Handling customer complaints professionally.
*Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
*Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
*Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements:
*Have a previous working experience within a Main Dealership
*NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
*Strong Leadership skills
*A full and valid UK Driving Licence
*Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00.
The Salary being offered up to £32,000 with OTE £45,000.
