Job Description:
Reed Finance are currently supporting a global asset management team to deliver statutory accounts, regulatory submissions, and board reporting for entities across EMEA and APAC. Our client is also looking for someone who can take the lead and ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and relevant frameworks while supporting key controllership processes.

Key Responsibilities
*Prepare statutory financial statements and manage audits
*Deliver UK regulatory and statistical submissions, support overseas reporting
*Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and applicable overseas GAAP
*Manage end-to-end reporting processes, including audit support and timely submission
*Produce quarterly board packs and summaries for approval
*Complete SOX-compliant reconciliations and drive process improvements
*Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects
About You
*Qualified Chartered Accountant – PQ candidates will also be considered
*Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP; US GAAP
*Experience in financial statements and regulatory reporting
*Analytical, proactive, and skilled in Excel/Word; familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the organisations key clients and, given the technical nature of the postion, it is ideally suited to practice trained finance professionals.
