Description
*Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
*Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records.
*Handle supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and international payments.
*Assist with month-end closing activities, such as reconciliations and reporting.
*Monitor and manage the accounts payable mailbox.
*Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
*Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
*Strong experience in accounts payable processes.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
