Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm | South Kirkby, Pontefract
£16.37ph | Mon–Fri | Overtime Available | Afters 1pm starts
M4 Specialist are recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a fantastic local business in South Kirkby, Pontefract. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a supportive team and a great working environment.
If you’re experienced in Class 2 driving and don’t mind hands-on work, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role of a Class 2 Driver:
*Driving a Class 2 vehicle to customer sites
*Collecting waste (bags/eurobins) and manually loading onto the vehicle
*Offloading unit to Titan (full training provided)
*Ideally, some bin-lifting experience (preferred, not essential)
Shift Details for a Class 2 Driver:
*Monday to Friday
*Start time: 1pm
*Occasional weekend overtime available
What We’re Looking For in a Class 2 Driver:
*Valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho
*A positive, team-player attitude and strong work ethic
*Physically fit – this role involves manual handling
*Good communication skills
*Interview required prior to starting
Pay & Benefits:
*£16.37/hour (PAYE)
*Overtime available:
*Saturday: £20.49/hour
*Sunday/Bank Holiday: £21.00/hour
*Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential
