Yard Operative / Driver Labourer

*Salary: £13 - £15ph subject to experience and Certification
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Yard Operative / Labourer to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised depot environment while ensuring equipment is prepared and delivered to customers in excellent condition.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Keep the workshop and yard areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
*Ensure all tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.
*Pressure clean all equipment leaving the depot to meet customer standards
*Load, deliver, and collect hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
*Conduct equipment demonstrations on-site when required.
*Complete all relevant checks and administrative tasks for hires accurately.
*Service, clean, and maintain portable toilets and welfare units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment.
*Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues with additional tasks.
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
*Full UK driving licence is essential.
*CSCS card and forklift licence are desirable but not mandatory
