We’re looking for a dynamic Change Manager/Project Manager who’s ready to lead meaningful transformation and deliver high-value projects that move the business forward. What You’ll Do as the Change Manager/Project Manager
* Own and lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
* Build robust project plans, manage budgets, resources and timelines
* Partner with teams, senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive progress
* Spot risks early, solve problems fast, and remove delivery blockers
* Run governance, prepare board updates and keep decision-makers aligned
* Lead the rollout of new processes, systems and ways of working
* Ensure teams are informed, engaged and ready for change
* Manage and develop Change Analysts, guiding them to deliver their best
* Oversee use cases, test plans and UAT activities to ensure quality outcomes
What You Bring
* Strong track record delivering end-to-end projects and change
* Ability to deliver at pace while keeping quality high
* Experience coordinating UAT and defining test plans
* Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)
* Great communication skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong vendor/third-party management ability
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects
* A solution-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude
