Residential Portfolio Property Manager
Based in Surrey my team is on the lookout for a Residential Property Manager to join a growing property team and take charge of a shared portfolio of around 150-300 homes.
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly — from managing agents and contracts to making sure properties are well looked after and tenants are happy. You’ll be the go-to person for rent reviews, maintenance, compliance, and spotting ways to save costs.
What you’ll be doing: *Working with multiple property agents
*Keeping occupancy levels high and properties in great shape
*Managing maintenance contracts and compliance reports
*Handling rent increases, insurance claims, and budgets
*Driving improvements and sharing ideas at quarterly reviews
What we’re looking for: *2+ years’ experience in residential property management
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Comfortable with IT systems (MRI Qube experience is a bonus)
*Someone proactive, detail-focused, and ready to take initiative
