Product Compliance Coordinator – Paddock Wood
Full-time | Permanent | Office-based

Reed Business Support is proud to be assisting our client in Paddock Wood with the recruitment of a Product Compliance Coordinator. This is a key role for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for ensuring products meet regulatory and safety standards.
Product Compliance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
*Own and manage the product compliance critical path, from development through to delivery
*Create and maintain essential compliance documentation including Declarations of Conformity, Bills of Material, and Product Risk Assessments
*Coordinate product testing, including arranging samples and managing re-testing schedules
*Liaise with suppliers and test laboratories to ensure timely and accurate compliance checks
*Monitor and respond to product testing failures, escalating issues where necessary
*Stay up to date with regulatory changes and update internal testing criteria accordingly
*Manage the auditing process for UK and Worldwide operations
*Conduct quarterly certification checks and maintain audit-ready documentation
*Support the rollout of new legislation, including the EU
*Maintain and update the compliance document database
*Assist Sales Support teams with customer and internal compliance queries
Product Compliance Coordinator Skills & Experience:
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent numeracy
*Experience with data input and IT systems
*High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
*Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
*Previous experience in product compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs is highly desirable
Location: Paddock Wood
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Working Arrangement: Office-based
