£30,000-£40,000 + bonus

My award-winning Cheltenham-based client is offering a rare opportunity for a graduate to join their growing MedTech division as a Trainee Growth Manager.
This is an ideal role for someone with a degree in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Sciences, or similar, who is eager to step into a commercial role while still applying scientific or medical knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing*Engaging in intelligent, informed conversations with medical and scientifically trained professionals
*Understanding and confidently using medical terminology, scientific concepts, and sector-specific jargon
*Building relationships with organisations at the forefront of cutting-edge medical advancement
*Supporting growth and commercial development across a portfolio of world-changing MedTech clients
*Helping identify opportunities, trends, and areas for expansion within the medical innovation space
You will spend your time working with companies whose technologies have the potential to transform healthcare on a global scale - so a natural passion for medical advancements is essential.
Must Haves*A degree in Medical Technology, Science, Biomedical Science, Healthcare, or a related field
*Ability to hold credible, informed conversations with medically trained professionals
*Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders
*Genuine enthusiasm for medical innovation, research, and emerging technologies
*Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow quickly
Nice to Haves*Experience working in healthcare, MedTech, research, or a technical environment
*Exposure to commercial, customer-facing, or client relationship roles
*Understanding of how MedTech companies bring products or technologies to market
*Interest in innovation, start-ups, or technology-led industries
