Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Manage incoming calls, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
*Process UK and export spare part orders using our bespoke CRM system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and customer details.
*Prepare and issue customer quotations and pro forma invoices for distributors and retail clients.
*Assist with warranty claims and technical queries, liaising with relevant team members.
*Act as a point of contact for quality assessments, raising necessary documentation for claims.
*Coordinate deliveries with third-party carriers through a bespoke portal, ensuring accurate documentation and confirmed bookings.
*Provide departmental cover during holidays and sickness.
*Collaborate effectively within the Sales and Customer Support team to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
*Strong customer focus with a positive, proactive approach.
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
*Previous experience in a customer service or support role is essential.
