Commercial Property Solicitor
*Annual Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Join a leading North Kent-based firm with a rich history spanning over 130 years. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic team in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced and looking to contribute significantly to a diverse range of non-contentious commercial property matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial property matters.
*Handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, and site acquisitions and development projects.
*Work closely with financial institutions on secured lending cases.
*Engage in business sales and purchases.
*Occasionally involve in residential property matters, providing a comprehensive service to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
*Proficient in IT systems and legal software.
*Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
*Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous but not essential.
