Job Description:
School Site Supervisor
*Location: PR3 area
*Job Type: Part-time
*Shifts: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM & 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
We are seeking a dedicated School Site Supervisor to join our client. This role is crucial in maintaining the safety and operational efficiency of our school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining school grounds and addressing repairs as necessary.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify maintenance needs.
*Perform minor repairs and coordinate with contractors for more significant maintenance issues.
*Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the school grounds, including playgrounds and sports facilities.
*Manage the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for school events.
*Respond promptly to repair requests from school staff and prioritise tasks effectively.
*Maintain records of maintenance work and report on issues and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
*Good knowledge of basic repair techniques and building maintenance.
*Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently and make sound decisions quickly.
*A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
