Job Description:
Property Litigation Lawyer
*Annual Salary: £90,000 - £120,000
*Location: Holborn/Chancery Lane, London
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Lawyer with 10+ years PQE to join the Property team of a well established Law firm. This role is ideal for a confident candidate who can work independently and hit the ground running, replacing a senior member with over 20 years of experience. The successful candidate will handle a mix of commercial and residential cases, primarily dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and mixed-use developments.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including both commercial and high-end residential cases.
*Provide expert legal advice and representation to a variety of clients, particularly High Net Worth Individuals.
*Work independently on complex legal issues, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
*Engage directly with clients, offering a personalised and invested approach to legal counsel.
*Lead and potentially mentor junior team members if experience permits, enhancing the team’s overall performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A minimum of 10 years PQE in litigation, with flexibility considered for candidates with 8-9 years PQE who demonstrate exceptional ability.
*Previous experience in a similar role or firm, dealing extensively with property owners and High Net Worth Individuals.
*Capability to work independently without the need for support.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain high standards of client care.
*Experience in leading a team or having been in a directorial position would be advantageous, especially if bringing potential clients.
