We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join a specialist educational setting that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
*Implement strategies to support pupils with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to create holistic support plans.
*Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure success.
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*Proven experience teaching Maths in a similar specialist or alternative provision.
*Strong understanding of SEMH needs and experience implementing effective interventions.
*Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
