Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing construction business.
Experience Required:
*Must be a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the construction industry.
The Role:
*Managing all costs in a construction project, from initial feasibility studies to final completion.
*Preparing cost estimates
*Creating and managing budgets
*Negotiating contracts and ensuring the project stays within budget
*Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
*All other tasks as required
Monday to Friday role
Salary: From £52,000 pa (upwards) negotiable depending on skills and experience
