Shift Coordinator - Temp to Perm/Perm Starting immediately based in SW London
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Shift/Rota Coordinator to join our clients team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple clinics. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling for a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and manage over 100 staff rotas across multiple clinics.
*Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of shifts to meet operational needs.
*Liaise with clinic managers and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain coverage.
*Monitor and update rota systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
*Provide regular reports and updates to management on staffing and scheduling.
*Travel to various clinic locations as required to support coordination and communication.
About You:
*Proven experience in managing large-scale rotas (100+ schedules).
*Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
*Proficiency in rota management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
